At WebSuperiors customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver quality services and a smooth experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is required.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are only applicable to specific services where mentioned in the service agreement.

  • Non-refundable items/services include (but are not limited to):

    • Domain name registrations or renewals

    • SSL certificates

    • Website migrations once completed

    • One-time setup or customization fees

    • Completed digital marketing/SEO tasks

  • If a service has already been delivered in full or partially, it may not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send us an email with your order details and reason for the refund request.

  2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cancellations

  • Hosting and subscription-based services can be cancelled anytime.

  • If cancelled within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund (excluding non-refundable services listed above).

  • After 30 days, cancellations will stop future billings, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the approval timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary).
